吴：好啊！你知道吗？刚刚在三四年级学习英语时，我觉得好轻松啊，说说唱唱，可自从进入五年级后，英语对我来说越来越难了，越来越多的生词要记忆、越来越多的语法要理解、越来越多的语音要辨别，陈文熙，快说说，你有什么好办法吗？
陈：语言这个东西是一种实践性特别强的学科,你只要循序渐进,脚踏实地坚持不懈专心用心去听去练就成,如果想要真正把英语学好,以下几点是必须做到的:
1.多“读”:“朗读”是对于学习语言来说非常重要。
2.多“说”:寻找学伴一起练习口语，提高英语学习兴趣.
3.多“听”:听不懂也要练习听力时，培养好的英语语感。
4.多“背”:多背诵课文和记住单词，学语言必不可少。
吴：这些也是英语老师从我们刚开始接触英语时就告诉我们的，英语学科是一门语言科目，要学会运用才学得有意义和价值。
陈：是的，小学生学习英语，应该把听力训练放在最重要的位置上，这正迎合了“听、说、读、写”四会将听放在了前面，显示出听的重要性。
吴：下面我们就分析一下“听”的重要性。大家联想一下婴儿学说话吧，初生
婴儿什么也不懂，他是怎么学会说话的？也就是“听”，听得越多，记得越多，也就能表述得越多，说话的能力也就越来越高。英美国家的婴儿也并不是一生下来就会说英语的，而是在后天经过大量的听力训练而逐渐学会说英语的。因此，听力训练是英语学习的最好方法。
陈：小学生要想学好英语，就必须把听力训练当作头等大事，要把课文配套的录音材料拿出来一遍又一遍的听，反反复复得听，听的次数越多，你的听力水平也就越高，你对英语大发音也就把握得越准确，你的记忆也就越深刻，那么，你就必定能够把听过的东西脱口而出，解决听与说的问题了。我记得以前看到一个小故事，说有个人在初中学英语时，每篇课文都按老师要求听30遍，他不折不扣地做到了，长大后他成了总理的翻译，其实这与他之前在英语上的多听是分不开的。
吴：是的，听多了，就能够用英语进行日常交流。能听会说以后，读与写的问题也自然迎刃而解了。

Joanna:Today we are talking about some fruit-related idioms.
Jakki: Thats right. Today we are going to be looking at， in particular apples. So I think everyone knows about apples. Apples they come in so many different varieties. And for some reason in English, there are so many different idioms and sayings around apples.
Joanna: 苹果好像在英美文化中有非常重要的文化属性，所以有很多的idiom短语是跟苹果有关的。
Jakki: Thats right, so were going to take a look at a few here. So starting off, “as American as apple pie”, basically saying that apple pie is the epitome of being American, and so if you’re as American as apple pie, then you’re just very American.

Apple and orange are both fruits, but if you look at them, its impossible to compare them because they are so different.

Jakki: Then to be a “bad apple” or a “rotten apple” is to be a bad person. You can also say that “one bad (or rotten) apple can spoil the whole bunch (or barrel)” implies that one flawed person can basically undermine an effort or a group, and you can be “rotten to the core” to be thoroughly bad or worthless.

A:对噢，我们投入紧张而有趣的学习当中不知不觉时间过得这么快.离期末考试越来越近了。
B:期末复习阶段我要教大家一些注意的事项，同学们如果能做到的话，相信你会考出好成绩的，这可不是绝招，但一定有用。
A:是什么绝招呢？快说，同学们正迫不及待想学呢！
